All items are baked to order and vacuum-sealed or insulated with eco-friendly packaging to maintain moisture and flavor. We ship via expedited courier to ensure your treats arrive within 1-3 days of leaving our oven.

Yes, we have a dedicated selection of gluten-free and vegan pastries. Please check the 'Dietary Needs' section of our menu. Note that while we follow strict cleaning protocols, our kitchen does handle wheat, dairy, and nuts.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo, and we will issue a full refund or replacement.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?
Absolutely. During checkout, you can select a 'Preferred Delivery Date'. We will time our baking and dispatch to ensure your order arrives as close to that date as possible.

How should I store my Rustic Bakery treats once they arrive?
